Channel manager
Edit one rate and it lands on every OTA. One inventory, two-way sync, and a log that proves each push happened.
- Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda and Airbnb, connected during onboarding
- Real-time two-way rate and availability sync
- One shared inventory across all channels
- Per-date, per-type ARI grid
- + 9 more, all included
A channel manager only has one job, and it is a job most hotels do by hand: make sure the price and the availability a guest sees on Booking.com are the same ones your desk believes in. Your channels are connected once, with us, during onboarding, and from then on rates, availability and restrictions are one grid you edit in bulk, across a date range, across room types, with weekday filters. Changes push out in real time, reservations arrive as normal bookings on your calendar with their commission recorded, and every push and pull is timestamped in a sync log so a disagreement with an OTA is a matter of record, not memory.
One rate, everywhere
Change a price, close a date or set a minimum stay once, and it goes to every connected channel and to your own booking engine in the same action. There is no second system holding a stale copy of your prices.
The overbooking window closes
Availability is not replicated between systems, it is shared. The front desk, your website, the AI receptionist and every OTA are reading the same number, which removes the gap that overbookings live in.
Restrictions per date and room type
Stop-sell, closed to arrival, closed to departure, minimum and maximum length of stay, set on a grid, applied in bulk across room types and weekdays, and honoured by your own engine as well as the channels.
Everything channel manager does. Not a highlight reel.
Connections
The channels, and what Orian records about each one.
- Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, AirbnbEach set up as a channel with its own settings, connected with you during onboarding.
- Commission and markupPer-channel commission percentage and markup, recorded on every reservation it delivers.
- Reservation deliveryOTA bookings become normal bookings on your calendar, with their OTA reference kept.
- Sync logEvery push and pull timestamped, with its outcome, the record you need in a dispute.

- Direct engine includedYour own commission-free engine sits alongside the OTAs on the same inventory.
The ARI grid
Availability, rates and inventory, edited the way revenue managers work.
- Rates by date and room typeSee and edit the price for every night and every type in one place.
- Availability at a glanceRooms left to sell per type per night, with out-of-order blocks subtracted.
- Bulk editsApply across a date range, several room types and selected weekdays in one pass.
- Stop-sellClose a date and room type to all sale, everywhere.
- Closed to arrival and departureBlock arrivals or departures on a specific date without closing the night.
- Minimum and maximum stayPer-date LOS rules, enforced on the arrival night by the booking engine too.
Market intelligence
What the rest of your market is charging, and where you sit.
- Competitor comp setTrack competitors by category and distance, the way a revenue manager already thinks about them.
- Per-day competitor ratesLead-in rate per competitor per date, including sold-out flags.
- Market min, max, average, medianThe distribution, not just an average, for every date.
- Your rank and parityWhere you sit in the set and how far above or below market average you are priced.
- Fed into the AI pricing engineParity becomes a demand factor in the daily rate recommendation, with its own chip.
- Rate shopping gridComp set down the side, dates across, your row highlighted.
A day with it, in four moves.
Connect once
We set each channel up with you during onboarding: its commission and markup, and which of your room types maps to what it sells. A real change is tested end to end before you rely on it, and your own booking engine joins the same inventory.
Price in one place
Edit a rate or set a restriction on the grid, for one night or a whole season, one type or all of them. There is no second system to update afterwards.
It pushes, and it is logged
The change goes out in real time and the sync log records it. If a channel rejects something, you see that rather than discovering it from a guest.
Reservations come back
An OTA booking lands on your calendar as a normal reservation with its commission and OTA reference recorded, and the night closes everywhere at once.
This is the real screen.
One rate edit pushing out to every connected channel, with the sync log confirming each one.

Every module reads and writes the same data, so these are not integrations you configure, they are just what the system does.
Reservations
OTA reservations arrive on the same tape chart as your walk-ins and phone bookings, on the same inventory.
ReservationsWithRevenue manager
Applying an AI rate recommendation writes rate overrides that push straight out to every channel.
Revenue managerWithBooking engine
Your commission-free direct engine reads the same availability and honours the same per-date restrictions.

There is no module list to price up and no add-on tier. Every hotel on Orian gets the whole platform.

Channel manager, answered.
How fast do rate changes reach the OTAs?
The push happens as part of the same action that saves the change, and the sync log timestamps it. There is no nightly batch and no separate system holding an older copy of your prices.
How do my Booking.com and Agoda accounts get connected?
OTAs only accept automated rate and availability updates through approved connectivity providers, so a connection is not a password you type in. We set it up with you during onboarding, map your room types and rate plans, and test a real change end to end before cutover. Until a channel is connected, it keeps running from its own extranet exactly as it does today, so nothing is switched off before its replacement works.
Do the restrictions apply to my own website too?
Yes, and that matters more than it sounds. The per-date restriction rules are evaluated by the shared booking engine, so a stay that violates a minimum length of stay or a closed-to-arrival date is refused on your own site, over the phone and through the AI, not just on the channels.
Is commission tracked per channel?
Yes. Each channel carries a commission percentage, the amount is recorded on every reservation it delivers, and the segmentation report shows revenue gross, commission and net-of-commission by channel and by segment.
What if an OTA and my desk disagree about what was sent?
That is what the sync log is for. Every push and every pull is recorded with a timestamp and an outcome, so the conversation is about a record rather than about who remembers what.
