Autopilot, autonomous operations
The busywork runs itself on a schedule, logs everything it did, and holds anything sensitive for your approval.
- Nine independently switchable automations
- Housekeeping and maintenance auto-assignment
- Stuck-room rescue
- Arrival rescue out of out-of-order rooms
- + 10 more, all included
Every hotel has a list of things that should happen automatically and do not: the unassigned cleaning task, the room stuck mid-clean because somebody's phone died, the no-show still holding a room at 9am, the arrival booked into a room that went out of order yesterday. Autopilot sweeps that list on a schedule. Each automation is individually switchable and idempotent, so running it twice changes nothing. Every action is written to an agent-action trail and the audit log, and anything that touches a guest, an apology after bad feedback, for instance, is drafted and held for one-tap approval rather than sent on the AI's own judgement.
Idempotent by design
Every automation is safe to run again. Task generation is keyed on room, day and type; preventive work orders are guarded against duplicates; predictive inspections are de-duplicated over three weeks. Nothing doubles up because a sweep overlapped.
Rescues, not just assignments
Autopilot handles the failure cases too: a room stuck in cleaning for too long, an arrival sitting in an out-of-order room, a no-show still blocking inventory overnight. These are the ones that cost you a sale or an apology.
Nothing sensitive happens unwatched
Actions that touch a guest are prepared and marked as needing review. A low rating drafts an apology; you read it, edit it if you like, and send it with one tap. The AI does not decide to speak to your guest on your behalf.
Everything autopilot does. Not a highlight reel.
Keeping the floor moving
The operational sweeps that would otherwise need a supervisor watching.
- Housekeeping auto-assignmentUnassigned cleaning work distributed by minutes across who is on shift.
- Maintenance auto-assignmentOpen work orders routed to the right person, with notification.
- Stuck-room rescueA room left mid-clean for too long is picked up and reassigned.
- Arrival rescueToday's arrival is moved out of an out-of-order room, or flagged for review if no same-type room is free.
- Preventive work ordersDue preventive schedules turn themselves into real work orders.
- Predictive inspectionsAn at-risk asset gets a pre-emptive inspection raised before it fails.
Protecting revenue
The overnight tidy-up on inventory and money.
- No-show releaseThe room is freed overnight and the guest is messaged, so the night is back on sale by morning.
- No-show chargingWhere a card is on file, the first night is charged during the audit sweep.
- Deposit chaseA reminder is drafted for any confirmed booking whose deposit is due and unpaid.
- Receivables chaseA dunning message is drafted for any company past its payment terms.
- Daily yield refreshThe revenue engine re-analyses demand and refreshes its recommendations.
- Feedback recoveryA rating of two stars or less drafts an apology, held for one-tap approval.
Oversight
How you stay in charge of something that runs on its own.
- Per-automation switchesEach of the nine can be turned off independently.
- Agent-action trailWhat it did, to what, and why, as a reviewable record.
- Needs-review queueHeld actions carry the payload that executes on approval.
- Audit log entriesAutopilot's actions appear in the same audit trail as a human's.
- Event hooksCheckout and feedback submission trigger the relevant automation immediately, not on the next sweep.
- Destructive requests refusedThe agent layer will not take damaging action, however it is asked.
A day with it, in four moves.
It sweeps
Every few minutes, each enabled automation looks for the situation it handles. Idempotence means an overlapping sweep is harmless.
It acts, or it drafts
Operational actions, assign, rescue, release, generate, are executed. Guest-facing actions are drafted and marked as needing review.
It writes it down
Every action lands on the agent-action trail and in the audit log, with enough context to tell why it happened.
You approve what matters
The review queue holds the sensitive items. One tap sends the apology or the reminder; ignoring it means nothing was said in your name.
What happens elsewhere because of this.
Every module reads and writes the same data, so these are not integrations you configure, they are just what the system does.
Housekeeping
Assignment, rebalancing, stuck-room rescue and preventive work orders all act on the housekeeping and maintenance boards.

Autopilot, answered.
What stops Autopilot doing something we did not want?
Three things. Each automation is individually switchable, so you choose what runs. Anything guest-facing is drafted and held for one-tap approval rather than executed. And every action is written to an agent-action trail and the audit log, so nothing it does is invisible.
Is it safe if a sweep runs twice?
Yes. Every automation is idempotent, task generation is unique per room, day and task type, preventive work orders check for an existing open order, and predictive inspections are de-duplicated over three weeks. Overlapping runs are a no-op, not a duplicate.
Does Autopilot message guests on its own?
Only the mechanical ones: a no-show release tells the guest their reservation was released. Anything requiring judgement, an apology after poor feedback, a payment chase, is drafted and waits for you. Bulk marketing and payment reminders are deliberately not wired into the schedule at all.
What is 'arrival rescue'?
If a room goes out of order and somebody is arriving into it today, Autopilot moves that arrival to another room of the same type. If there is no same-type room free it does not improvise, it flags the booking for review so a human decides what to offer the guest.
